Dosthill Quarry are concerned about the possibility of unqualified / unsupervised non-divers attempting to dive.

Diver Card registration is intended to minimise that possibility, reduce check-in/check-out time, and is part of our risk assessment policy.

Membership application forms will not be accepted unless all information is filled out on the form including current email address. It is a condition of continued membership that you notify any change of email address to us, and allow us to retain your active email address on our database, so we can communicate with you quickly by email.

As from the 1st January 2010 there will be a membership fee of £10 when applying for a Dozzi Diver Card. This will include the processing of the Dozzi Diver Card. You can either pay £10 at the gate and complete the application on site or you can ring us on 01733 351288, complete an online application and we can take your credit card details to process the fee. Our form is in PDF format and will allow you to either fill in the details digitally and submit it back to us using the built in submit button, alternatively you can print the form out and manually fill it in and post it back to us.
