Dosthill Quarry are concerned about the possibility of unqualified / unsupervised non-divers attempting to dive.

Diver Card registration is intended to minimise that possibility, reduce check-in/check-out time, and is part of our risk assessment policy.

Our form is in PDF format and will allow you to either fill in the details digitally and submit it back to us using the built in submit button, alternatively you can print the form out and manually fill it in and post it back to us.
